How it works

Four steps to
your new timber hall.

  1. Enquiry

    You tell us about your project. We listen, ask the right questions and, if you like, give you a ballpark price to frame your budget.

  2. Quote

    Based on your requirements you receive a detailed quote. Every cost item is listed separately, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

  3. Project management

    Once you give the go-ahead, detailed design begins, together with a specialist engineering practice and your architect, who handles the permit.

  4. Assembly and handover

    The prefabricated components arrive on site on schedule. Our assembly team puts up your hall and hands it over ready to use.

Take a very well insulated timber hall 20 metres wide and 25 metres long, with quality sandwich panels, fire safety, external wall requirements and smoke vents, solid plinth elements, gutters and downpipes, transport and assembly included: reckon on €300 to €360 per square metre. Many factors move that figure, which is why you can have a ballpark price for your specific project up front.
